We built Jericho Harmony for the people who love it here. The ones who want quieter evenings at Milleridge, sunset walks at Centre Island, gallery nights in Locust Valley, and Sunday sails from Oyster Bay. The ones who don't want to drive into Manhattan to find a community.

What's the difference between the Romance track and Friendship track?

Romance is for adults actively open to dating — meeting potential partners through curated, intentional events. Friendship is purely platonic — beach walks, dinners, hobbies, building local friendships. You can join one or both, and switch anytime. The tracks have separate events so the energy stays appropriate.

Is this really free for the first 100 members?

Yes. Founding members keep lifetime free membership — no monthly fees, no surprise charges. After the founding cohort fills, future members will join a paid membership (we anticipate $19–29/month). Founding members lock in $0 forever.

I just moved to Jericho. Is this for me?

Absolutely. New arrivals are exactly who Jericho Harmony was built for. Adult friendship is hard to form after moving — we make it easier with low-pressure local meetups designed for people new to the area.

Do I have to live in Jericho specifically?

Jericho is our home base, but the community is for all of the surrounding North Shore — Oyster Bay, Syosset, Woodbury, Locust Valley, Muttontown, Old Westbury, and nearby. If you live, work, or have deep roots in the area, you're welcome.

How are you different from dating apps or Meetup.com?

We're smaller, more local, and more human. Dating apps are anonymous and algorithmic. Meetup is huge and unmoderated. Jericho Harmony is a curated, vetted, in-person community where every event has a host and every member has been verified. It's the difference between a dinner party and a stadium.

What if I'm not ready to meet anyone yet?

That's okay. Many founding members join just to stay informed and ease in gradually. There's no pressure to attend events, and your information is never shared with other members until you choose to participate.
